Actress Bimbo Oshin laments celebrating 50th birthday without husband Dudu Heritage

Actress Bimbo Oshin has taken to Instagram to express how lonely she felt celebrating her 50th birthday without her husband Dudu Heritage.

In the message shared on the platform on Tuesday, the Yoruba actress said she saw no reason to celebrate. Bimbo said Dudu Heritage had planned to make her golden celebration memorable before death struck.

She wrote: “Hmmm…the room was quiet, I felt so lonely and I saw no reason to celebrate than to just THANK GOD. I miss my hubby so much, he had planned to make my golden celebration really golden and memorable but who am I to question God. MAN PROPOSES GOD DISPOSES…… Hmmm…it is well.”

Speaking further, Bimbo Oshin appreciated those who put smiles on her face on her birthday. She also gave a shout-out to her best friend Jaiye Kuti and her colleague Muyiwa Ademola for the birthday surprises.

She wrote: “My profound gratitude to God Almighty. I am eternally grateful to my family, friends, well-wishers and social media community for celebrating me on SUNDAY. I love you all. Modupe ooooo

I thank you for the surprises…So amazing! OMG…too many names to mention. I appreciate you all. Hmmm… my adorable Mum, I thank you for your support.

Born Ola Ibironke, Dudu Heritage slumped at the Ibadan Golf Club (IGC) around 8:30 pm on September 13, 2021, and efforts to resuscitate him proved abortive. He was rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.

The captain of Ibadan Golf Club who was also a music promoter was laid to rest on October 15, at the Eternal Home Cemetery in Ibadan, Oyo State
